the brief
three customers, one platform.
A marketplace lives or dies on both sides showing up. People looking for help need to find someone good and book without friction. Experts need a reason to join, a clear way to get paid and tools that respect their time.
Then there's a third customer. Companies want to offer wellbeing to their teams, but nobody books a therapist if they think HR is watching. Serene needed a business layer where the company pays and the employee stays anonymous.

Browse experts by what you need, compare profiles and book a slot online or in person. Sessions run on built-in video, invoices arrive by email and calendar invites land on their own. Between sessions there's a mood tracker, a journal, wellness challenges and a content library.
