Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. The regular WhatsApp Business app can't be automated. We set the API up on your own Meta Business account. You need a registered business and a number that isn't in use on the WhatsApp app, and we'll help you move one over.
What does WhatsApp itself cost?
Meta charges per message and bills your account directly. Rates depend on the message type and change from time to time, so we estimate your monthly bill from your real volumes on the first call.
Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
It answers only from the material you give it, and hands over to a person when it isn't sure. You test it with real questions before it goes live, and we review its conversations for the first 30 days.
What if I need more than one workflow?
The starter is one workflow so it ships in three weeks. Most businesses add the next one once they've seen the first run. Bigger builds are scoped on a call, at a fixed price agreed before we start.
Is it hourly?
